APPETIZER
Braised goose gizzards, calvados sauce, baked apple with rosemary and cinnamon, baked potato, caramelized beetroot with grapes
SOUP
Żur soup with smoked goose, sour cream, breaded yolk
MAIN COURSE
Confit goose leg, rosemary, plum dumplings, garlic pumpkin, Bordeaux sauce with chocolate.
DESSERT
Tart with baked pear flavored with rosemary and thyme,
white chocolate mousse, dogwood sauce.
A glass of Świętomarcińskie 2025 wine
Świętomarcińskie wine made from pinot noir grapes from Turnau Vineyard was created from grapes harvested this September and fits the growing trend of white wines made from noble Burgundy grape varieties. Świętomarcińskie White reflects the freshness of young wine. According to tradition, it pairs best with goose, but also complements roast chicken with stuffing well. The wine is also excellent to drink on its own.
