RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE USE OF THE SWIMMING POOL

AT THE BONIFACIO HOTEL

  1. Before entering the swimming pool and wellness area, and before using any of its facilities, guests must familiarize themselves with these Rules and the user instructions. All rules must be strictly observed.

  2. The swimming pools may be used only in the presence of lifeguards, who are responsible for the safety of all bathers. All users of the swimming pool must comply with the instructions given by the lifeguard.

  3. The number of persons using the pool is limited for safety reasons. Access to the facility is permitted to holders of a valid seasonal pass and hotel guests only.

  4. Guests are required to use the changing rooms, leave their outer garments there, and change into pool flip-flops. Before entering the pool, all users must shower with soap and warm water.

  5. The swimming pool and wellness area may only be used during lifeguard working hours. Use of the facility in the absence of a lifeguard is strictly prohibited.

  6. Persons under the influence of alcohol or psychoactive substances are not permitted to enter.

  7. Children under 12 years of age may stay in the pool area only under the supervision of an adult.

  8. The outdoor sports pool may only be used by persons who are able to swim.

  9. Persons disturbing public order or violating safety regulations will be removed from the pool area.

  10. Smoking and the consumption of alcohol or narcotic substances are strictly prohibited within the pool area. It is also forbidden to consume or bring any kind of food or beverages into the indoor pool area or around the sports pool.

  11. Persons suffering from infectious diseases, visible dermatological conditions, or wearing bandages are not permitted to use the pools or jacuzzi.

  12. In the event of a safety hazard, signaled by an ALARM SIGNAL (a long continuous whistle or siren) and a warning announcement, all guests must immediately leave the pools and recreational areas via the designated evacuation routes.

  13. It is strictly prohibited within the facility to:

  • Leave small children unattended (under 12 years old)

  • Run on the pool deck or jump into the water (except during swim training)

  • Bring glass objects

  • Swim with prescription glasses or contact lenses

  • Have sharp objects in the water (such as watches, bracelets, jewelry, or religious items)

  • Obstruct or disturb other swimmers

  • Bring animals onto the premises

  1. The facility management is not responsible for valuables left in changing rooms, lockers, or within the indoor, outdoor, or wellness pool areas.

  2. Any material damage caused by a user shall be the responsibility of the person who caused it.

  3. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for any damage caused by minors.

  4. In the event of contamination of the paddling pool or swimming pools with objects brought from outside, vomit, or feces, the person responsible may be charged the cost of water replacement, filter cleaning, and disinfection — from PLN 500.


RULES FOR THE USE OF THE JACUZZI

  • Before entering the jacuzzi, guests must wash their entire body under the shower using soap and warm water.

  • Pool footwear must be removed before entering the jacuzzi.

  • Only healthy persons, or those whose medical conditions do not contraindicate such use, may use the jacuzzi.

  • Persons with cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, or gastrointestinal disorders, and pregnant women, should use the jacuzzi with particular caution and only after consulting a doctor.

  • Persons with infectious diseases, visible dermatological conditions, or bandages are prohibited from using the jacuzzi.

  • Children under 12 years of age may use the jacuzzi only under adult supervision.

  • Entry into the jacuzzi is permitted only from the steps; those exiting the tub have priority.

  • Caution must be exercised when entering or leaving the jacuzzi.

  • The jacuzzi may be used only when both water and air massage systems are operating.

  • No more than 5 persons may be in the jacuzzi at the same time.

  • The recommended stay in the jacuzzi should not exceed 15 minutes; exceeding this time may cause overheating of the body (hyperthermia).

  • Bathing in the jacuzzi is allowed only in a sitting position.

  • Any irregularities should be immediately reported to the on-duty WOPR lifeguard.

Persons using the jacuzzi are prohibited from:

  • Engaging in behavior that endangers their own safety or that of others, or may cause an accident

  • Entering or exiting the jacuzzi other than by the steps

  • Using the jacuzzi when the air system is off or when access is prohibited

  • Jumping into or pushing others into the jacuzzi

  • Bringing any objects or chemical substances into the jacuzzi (e.g. shampoos, oils, bath salts, etc.)

  • Standing in the jacuzzi

  • Immersing the head or face underwater

  • Tampering with jets or controls

  • Pouring water out of the jacuzzi


RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE USE OF THE OUTDOOR SPORTS AND RECREATIONAL POOL

  • The outdoor pool is available to guests seasonally, seven days a week, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

  • Before entering the pool area, guests must familiarize themselves with these Rules and the user instructions. All regulations must be strictly observed.

  • All pool users must follow the lifeguard’s instructions.

  • The number of persons using the pool is limited for safety reasons. Access is granted to hotel guests and holders of valid seasonal passes.

  • Before entering the pool, guests must shower using soap and warm water.

  • Use of the pool in the absence of a lifeguard is strictly prohibited.

  • Persons under the influence of alcohol or psychoactive substances are not permitted to enter.

  • Children and teenagers under 18 years of age may stay in the pool area only under adult supervision.

  • The outdoor pool may only be used by persons who can swim.

  • Persons disturbing public order or violating safety regulations will be removed from the pool area.

  • Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) and consumption of alcohol or narcotic substances are strictly prohibited within the pool and terrace area.

  • Persons suffering from infectious diseases, visible dermatological conditions, or wearing bandages are not permitted to use the pool.

  • In the event of a safety hazard, signaled by an ALARM SIGNAL (a long continuous whistle or siren) and a warning announcement, all guests must immediately leave the pool and recreational areas via the designated evacuation routes.

It is strictly prohibited within the facility to:

The hotel management is not responsible for valuables left in changing rooms, lockers, or within the indoor, outdoor, or wellness pool areas.
Users are responsible for any material damage they cause.

In the event of contamination of the pool or poolside area with cigarette butts (including electronic cigarettes), vomit, feces, or other objects, the person responsible may be charged the cost of water replacement, filter cleaning, and disinfection — from PLN 1,000.
