RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE USE OF THE OUTDOOR SPORT & RECREATION POOL
The outdoor pool is available seasonally, 7 days a week, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Before entering the pool area, guests are required to read these rules and the user instructions. All rules must be strictly followed.
All pool users must comply with the instructions of the lifeguard.
The number of people allowed in the pool is limited for safety reasons. Access is permitted only to hotel guests and holders of a valid seasonal pass.
Before entering the pool, guests must shower with soap or other cleansing products.
Use of the pool is strictly prohibited in the absence of a lifeguard.
Persons under the influence of alcohol or psychoactive substances are not allowed to enter the pool area.
Children and teenagers under the age of 18 may use the pool only under the supervision of a responsible adult.
The outdoor pool is reserved for individuals who can swim.
Individuals who disturb public order or violate safety regulations will be removed from the pool.
Smoking (including electronic cigarettes), consumption of alcohol, or use of narcotics is strictly prohibited in the pool area and on the poolside terrace.
Persons with contagious diseases, visible skin conditions, or wearing medical dressings are not permitted to use the pool.
In the event of an emergency, indicated by an ALARM SIGNAL (a long continuous whistle or siren) and an emergency announcement, all guests must immediately evacuate the pool and surrounding areas via the designated evacuation routes.
The following are strictly prohibited on the premises:
• Leaving small children or minors (under 18) without supervision
• Running around the pool area or jumping into the water
• Bringing glass containers
• Swimming with prescription glasses or contact lenses
• Wearing sharp objects in the water (e.g., watches, bracelets, jewelry, religious items)
• Obstructing other guests while swimming
• Bringing animals into the pool area
The hotel management is not responsible for valuables left in changing rooms, lockers, or anywhere in the outdoor pool, indoor pool, or Wellness area.
Guests are financially liable for any material damages they cause.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for any damages caused by minors.
In case of pool contamination (e.g., cigarette butts, vomit, feces, or other waste), the responsible person may be charged for the cost of water replacement, filtration, and sanitation—starting from PLN 1,000.
