We are aware of the importance of full-body workouts, but we also understand that exercises that focus our attention on specific elements of our mobility are also important. We offer group fitness classes that, thanks to their diversity – including both body-shaping and relaxation forms – enable the proper development of each part of the body.

Aqua aerobics is a type of fitness that is performed in a pool (1.4 m deep). These exercises are characterized by the lowest level of joint load. Classes consist of endurance, strengthening and stretching parts.
