Day One:

Welcome green vitamin cocktail
Accommodation in a room with a view of the forest
Consultation with a personal trainer: setting up a training program and wellness ritual
First individual training in the TECHNOGYM® gym. Mobilization and stimulation of muscles and aponeurosis, preparing them for training + proper training of selected muscle groups.
After a training sauna session in the Wellness
Green & Fit Dinner

Day Two

Welcome yoghurt smoothie or fruit and vegetable juice plus regional breakfast buffet with homemade pastries, live cooking, etc.
Another individual training with the use of TECHNOGYM® equipment
Time to relax in nature – forest walks, cycling, etc.
Lunch „Green & Fit”
Group fitness classes (dance classes, yoga, pilates, etc. – depending on the weekend agenda)
Activities in the pool area and regeneration in the Wellness area
Deep fascia massage – BODYWORK
Supportive treatment for physical activity. Relieving pressure on the aponeurosis of muscle attachments. Relaxation and oxygenation of muscle fibers, removal of metabolic waste.

Day Three

Session in the Mud Bath – energetic peeling of the whole body and massaging with oils – improvement of connective tissue functioning, drainage and stimulation of blood and lymphatic vessels, improvement of metabolic exchange, regulation of the neurovegetative system,

Farewell and departure from the Hotel
